Is your family interested in sharing some helpful information regarding your learner? This Family Insight Form helps our VAIS school staff place our learners in the proper classroom this fall. 

Families may use this optional form to share knowledge of their child. Your child's current teacher collaborates with other professionals in order to create balanced classrooms. Families with more than one child attending VAIS next year should use one form for each child.

If you choose to fill this out, please complete and return the form no later than Monday, May 15, 2023.
