VASD COVID-19 PCR Testing Site Information

  • The Verona Area School District is pleased to offer COVID-19 PCR testing to all staff and students. Before coming to the testing site, please review the following information:

    Walk-Up Testing Instructions

    • Walk-Up PCR testing is available Monday - Friday from 7:15AM - 8:15AM 
    • Testing is located at Verona Area High School (234 Wildcat Way). Park in parking lot A and enter at Door 6. Map
    • You must be pre-registered prior to coming to the testing site. Click on the button below to pre-register. When asked to select a test center, choose “I’m being tested at a non-public site” at the top of the page.
    • Have your QR code ready upon arrival. Sorry, we are unable to assist with onsite registration.
    • To ensure everyone’s safety, you will be asked to wait outside until your turn. Please only enter the building when you see the registration table is open.

    • Is an appointment necessary?
      • No, but you must pre-register.
    • Is testing available for family of staff or students?
      • Sorry, we cannot provide testing to family members at this time.
    • Do I have to have symptoms to be tested?
      • No, you do not need to have symptoms to get a test.
    • How will I get my results?
      • You will receive an email from Exact Sciences to the email address you used to register.
    • How long will the results take?
      • Results can take up to 72 hours, but they are typically back within 48 hours.
    • Can I return to school/work while waiting for results?
      • If you are experiencing symptoms, you cannot return to work until you have your results.
    • I tested positive. Now what?
      • Notify the school nurse of your positive result.
