ParentSquare Communication System

ParentSquare is a communication platform that keeps school and classroom messages in one place, and allows you to receive information in the way that you prefer (email, text, app, and/or web).  Check out the overview videos to get a sense of what the platform offers.

Many ways to register

• On the ParentSquare app: enter your email or cell phone number that matches the one in the PowerSchool Parent Portal. 
  • Step-by-step instructions

• On the web (www.ParentSquare.com),
  • Click ‘Sign In’
  • In the ‘Register’ section enter your email or phone number that matches the one in the PowerSchool Parent Portal
  • Click '“Go.”  

If your email or phone number is not recognized by ParentSquare, follow directions to request access or contact vasdinfo@verona.k12.wi.us to update your contact information.  

All parents and guardians who have an email and/or phone number in PowerSchool automatically have a ParentSquare account and will receive posts.

Unregistered users will receive notifications of all communications (posts, direct messages, auto notices) as long as they have a valid email address  (or if no email, a valid phone number) and have their notification preferences set accordingly (i.e. have not marked ParentSquare communications as spam).

Registering your account allows you to customize communications. We encourage all parents / guardians to activate their account to take full advantage of system options and get the best experiences. 

You must activate your account and be logged in to customize your settings and notifications.

ParentSquare users may select their language preference. Once the language is set, ParentSquare will automatically translate any communication into the selected language. This translation will also occur when the parent sends a message to a staff member.
