What is the Free and Reduced Meals Program?  

The National School Lunch Program is a federally assisted meal program that provides nutritionally balanced, reduced-price or free meals for children who qualify based on gross household income and household size as shown below:

Free/Reduced Application Process

You may apply to see if your family qualifies for reduced-price or free meals in multiple ways. It is fastest to apply online through your EduTrak Meal Account. Click on EduTrak Account to set up an account and apply. If this is your first-time creating your account, please email us at child.nutrition@verona.k12.wi.us for your family key to connect your family in the your meal account. You may also submit a paper application using the application instructions and application below. Please download the relevant forms linked below. The completed form(s) can be submitted by scanning and emailing it to child.nutrition@verona.k12.wi.us or mailed to Child Nutrition Services, 234 Wildcat Way, Verona WI 53593 or dropped off at any of the schools offices in the District.

Fee Waivers For Eligible Free & Reduced Price (F/R) Meals Students

F/R students are eligible to have some of their school fees waived. However, parents/guardians will need to give their consent to share the F/R eligibility info with the various departments who are processing the fees before any fees can be waived. Please complete this consent form for each student if you are interested to have fees waived for this 2024-2025 school year.
