VASD Organizational Structure

The VASD administrative and human resources teams collaborated with our Student Advisory Group, Staff Advisory Group, and Parent Advisory Group, held listening sessions, completed building walkthroughs, and collected survey results from students, families, and staff. We used this data to consider how to best organize staff to serve all students, decrease educator workload, and function coherently. We are happy to share the Verona Area School District Organizational Structure below and the companion Verona Area School District Service Teams which provide definitions of various roles and show our commitment to a student-centered infrastructure.
