New Programming for 2017-2018 swim season

Session 1 will focus on developing swimmers' aerobic fitness, strength and speed in the water.  We will incorporate technique work into the workouts through drills and personal stroke feedback from the coaches.  This will develop the swimmers' base for sessions 2 and 3.

*Stay tuned- Mon/Wed technique heavy, beginner friendly session to debut in February 2018.

This will be a great class for you if you have only spent 10 hours in the pool, or swim 10 hours per week swimming.  The goal is for each swimmer to get the most out any time spent in the pool. Confidence is built with having proper attention from a coach, and workouts to help you reach new levels.
