Upcoming Board Meetings

Until further notice, we will conduct all board meetings virtually due to the COVID-19 public health emergency in accordance with any current order issued by Public Health, Madison and Dane County.  Accordingly:
  • Board members may be participating in the meeting from remote locations through the use of communications technology.

  • You can access current and past board meeting agendas on our Board Meetings and Supporting Documentation page. 

  • Public may access the meeting via live stream video at (Board meetings have been and will be live-streamed):


  • The physical location of the meeting shall be 700 N Main St. Verona, WI

    • Only the Superintendent and Executive Assistant will be physically present at that location for the purpose of video production and live-streaming.

  • The public and media are currently prohibited from attending the meeting in person.  

  • Public comments related to the agenda items are to be sent to Tamera Stanley at stanleyt@verona.k12.wi.us prior to the start of the Board meeting.  Those comments will be read by the Board President. Please limit public comments to 250 words or less.  The Board President will summarize comments in excess of the 250-word limit. 

  • Requests for accommodations related to accessing the meeting are to be made to Tamera Stanley, stanleyt@verona.k12.wi.us at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
