Information about Online Payments

Online payments can be made for all back-to-school fees. This is a great way to save time and reduce the number of checks/transactions that need to be made. Parents/Guardians are able to make one payment for multiple fees for one or all children in one transaction. Options for payments can be made from your checking account, debit card or credit card, 24 hours a day.

We are using one secure online payment system for both Food Service and other fees. If you already have an account for Food Service, you can use the same account for other payments and fees. If you don't have an account, you will be able to set one up.

If you have never used eFunds before, you will need to register. If you have already created an account for Food Service, you will use the same account that you have established.

Just click on the Register Here link found on the eFunds page to set up your account (see the link below):

Please note that the checking account transaction cost is $ 1.00.
Credit/Debit card transactions cost $ 2.45 per $100. transaction. Combining your fees into one transaction  is the most cost effective way to make payments. More details on fees can be found when you log in to eFunds.

Needs Help? Have an eFunds account but can't remember how to log in? Select Forgot Username or Forgot Password found on the eFunds login page. Please note that VASD Staff do not have access to your login or password.
