Anna Bohrer (Grade 5 Mrs. Stremlow/Mr. Knueve)

Anna has done an amazing job adjusting to a new school.  It isn't easy moving when you

are in 5th grade and Anna has done it so effortlessly that you would never guess she was a new student this year Anna is a kind and conscientious learner who works well with all of her classmates. She is always willing to try new challenges and is an outstanding role model to other students at Glacier Edge. Each day she comes to school with a smile on her face ready for whatever the day may bring.  We so appreciate all of her hard work and extra efforts.  We believe she is so deserving of this special recognition! You are a Rock Star Anna!!!

 

Raine Pullum(Grade 2 Mrs. Brooks)

Raine Pullum was new to Verona Schools and Glacier Edge at the beginning of this

school yearTo say that he has made a good adjustment is an understatement.  Raine exudes kindness.  He notices when someone is feeling sad and reaches out to them.  His positive, easygoing attitude is contagious to those around him. Raine is a hardworking student who consistently challenges himself with academic tasks. He serves as a role model for his peers.  It is a joy to spend each day with Raine!

 

Luisa Tecalero-Xelhua (Grade 3 Mrs. Schmitt)

Luisa is a treasure! She is a positive influence and role model for peers and teachers.

Luisa's combination of a positive attitude, self-determination and an ever present smile make her a pure joy to be around. We could not be more proud of her hard work, determination and willingness to share her learning with others. She truly cares about those around her and takes time to show them. Glacier Edge is very lucky to have Luisa!

 

 

 

 

Trevor Novinska (Kindergarten Mrs. Quinn)

Trevor Novinska excels in many areas and he's just 6 years old. He is an avid

mathematician, loving every chance to play on the adaptive math program called Dreambox. He reads with enthusiasm, researching insects online and copying facts from books onto paper. Trevor is a kind and helpful friend; he helps classmates locate programs on iPads, shares the favorite Lego pieces and ties shoes for friends that don't know how to tie. Trevor is a joy to work with!

 

Jazmin Justo-Gardunao (Grade 4 Mr. OBrien)

Jasmin has a fantastic attitude about learning and works so hard to learn not only her

academic content but English as well.  She is kind, friendly and determined to do her best every day. Her smile and sense of humor make it a joy to work with her. She is a responsible young lady who consistently helps her younger sister get her day started with a smile and encouragement. Way to go, Jasmin!
