Boundary Recommendations & Board Considerations

Last Fall, the Verona Area School District Board of Education formed an Attendance Area Advisory Committee (AAAC) comprised of parents, staff and community members with the charge of developing up to three recommendations for new elementary and middle school boundaries to take effect starting the 2020-2021 school year.

The AAAC met for nearly 30 hours, deliberating nine different options and measuring them up against the Board criteria before choosing their top three to recommend for Board consideration. The Board will spend the summer working with the District Consultant, Mark Roffers, to answer additional questions they have and make possible tweaks to these options (see additional web pages you can visit off this page).

The 3 options and supporting data recommended to the Board are:

Option A1:
Option A1 Elementary/Middle School Enrollment and Diversity Data
